I stopped holding MY OWN HARMONICS back.
I’ve guided hundreds of people into their voice.
There are many techniques but the biggest transformation comes from permission and surrender.

• Learn when to enter vocally and when to remain in silence

• Create and lead a 10–15 minute voice + bowl transmission

Week 1: Crystalline Activation & Opening the Instrument
A guided attunement ritual to awaken the body as resonator. We begin with the voice alone.
Week 2: The Bowl as Harmonic Field
Inviting the quartz drone to hold and stabilize your sound.
Week 3:Texture, Overtones & Permission
Exploring beauty sounds, strange sounds, breath, and range.
Week 4: Blending Without Tension
Learning when to sing, when to listen, and how to weave voice naturally.
Week 5: Devotional Expression & Light Language
Allowing sound to move through you while staying embodied and how to de-code.
Week 6:Transmission & Holding Field
Structuring a voice + bowl sequence and holding space with presence
