You'll learn the foundations, techniques and traditions of working with crystal sound. And you'll also learn that sound was never meant to live inside a rulebook. I want you to question, experiment, listen beyond the audible and discover what happens when you stop asking "Am I doing this right?" and start asking "What am I hearing?"
A TRAINING YOU CAN RETURN TO
Once you've joined, you're invited to return to future live cohorts…. because you will never experience these teachings in quite the same way twice. As your relationship with sound deepens, so does what you're able to hear. This is not some wham, bam, thank you ma'am, close the Zoom, bye-bye kind of course. I want you to EMBODY this work. And embodiment doesn't happen on a standardized timeline. This is also why I don't attach an arbitrary number of "training hours" to Crystal Luce. For one person, this work might unfold over 200 hours. For another, it may become a practice they return to for years.
Sound doesn't care how many hours are printed on your certificate.
What matters to me is that you practice. You listen. You return. You allow the teachings to keep revealing themselves as you change. Crystal Luce gives you a place to do exactly that.

Crystal Luce is a 12-week live training, held online.
We meet weekly in a small group for live teaching, guided practice, sound journeys, and integration.
Alongside the live calls, you receive access to a rich online portal containing 30+ recorded teachings, meditations, activations, and sound journeys. These recordings are a core part of the training and are designed to be revisited multiple times.
HI, I’M LEAH
For over a decade, sound has been one of my greatest teachers.
My path here was beautifully non-linear. Before entering the wellness world, I worked in luxury fashion and marketing. Fashion is inherently a Venus code, a pursuit of beauty and harmony. Yet, like many drawn to that world, I eventually found it empty behind the curtain. On the outside, life looked successful; on the inside, I was burned out, disconnected, and searching for true depth.
I never thought I would do this work. My awakening started at a young age but got activated again through the study of crystal therapy. Immersing myself in the medicine of the mineral kingdom changed everything, ultimately serving as my doorway to crystal sound.
Driven to understand this field deeply, I went on to take countless trainings. It was through experiencing so many different schools that I realized what was missing in the industry, and it's exactly what led me to synthesize my own distinct method.
Today, I live on the Pacific coast of Mexico, where sound, nature, and rhythm shape my life and teachings. This certification is the distilled gold of my entire journey, built to give you the unique perspective I wish I had when I first began.

This course may take 12 weeks, but this is the beginning of a life long relationship
Crystal Luce is a training you can return to.
Once you've moved through the program, you're invited to return to future live cohorts…. revisiting teachings, joining live classes, asking new questions and hearing the work through who you've become since the first time.
Because you won't hear the same things twice.
Your bowls will have changed. Your practice will have changed. You will have changed.
Time & Commitment
This training includes:
Weekly live group sessions, Ongoing self-paced listening and study, Gentle personal practice
Most students spend around 4 hours per week, depending on how deeply they choose to engage. There is no rush, or to ‘get through’. It’s something to return to!
Live Session Timing:
Live classes are held once weekly and last approx. 2 hours. Sessions are scheduled at 12:00–2:00 PM Mexico City time.
Because daylight savings time changes at different moments in Europe and the USA, exact local times may shift slightly throughout the program. We’ll confirm the timing in advance and choose what works best for the group. All sessions are recorded and available for replay.

This is a living practice. You are not expected to complete it once and move on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to already own crystal bowls?
No. You can begin Crystal Luce wherever you are. If you're choosing your first bowl or beginning to build a set, I can also guide you through that process. What matters much more to me than how many bowls you own is the relationship you develop with them. You do need one quartz crystal to start though!
Do I need musical or sound healing experience?
Absolutely not. You do not need to read music, understand music theory, have perfect pitch, or have any previous sound healing training. We learn the foundations and techniques together…. and then we go far beyond technique. Curiosity, sensitivity, presence and your willingness to listen matter much more to me than arriving with experience.
What if I don't want to become a sound healer?
Perfectly okay. Not everyone who enters Crystal Luce is here because they want to facilitate sound baths professionally. Some come because sound won't leave them alone. Some want to bring sound into yoga, bodywork, energy work, ceremony or another existing practice. Some are here for their own healing, exploration and relationship with sound. You don't need a five-year plan. You can let the work show you where it wants to go.
What happens if I miss a live class?
All live teachings are recorded, and you'll have lifetime access to the recordings and course materials. That said, Crystal Luce is a live training for a reason. The questions, practice, experimentation, connection and energetic field we create together are a huge part of the experience, so I encourage you to be there live whenever you can.
How much personal support will I receive?
A lot. This is intentionally not a massive, automated training. I keep Crystal Luce intimate because I want to know my students. I want to hear you play, hear your voice, know where you're getting stuck, answer your questions and witness how your relationship with sound is evolving. You'll receive personal 1:1 attention and individualized feedback throughout our time together. I am not interested in creating facilitators who all sound like me. I want to help you discover how sound wants to move through you.
How does certification work?
Crystal Luce includes a certification pathway for those who wish to become certified facilitators. Certification isn't about proving that you can memorize information or perform the "correct" sound bath. I want to see that you've actually engaged with and embodied the work. You'll complete the training, develop your personal practice, submit a written reflection on your journey with sound, and share a recorded sound journey with me for personal feedback and assessment.
Can I really come back and take Crystal Luce again?
YES. And this is one of the things I care about most. Your first journey through Crystal Luce lasts 12 weeks. Your relationship with the work doesn't. Once you've joined, you're invited to return to future live cohorts. Come back to the teachings. Sit in the field again. Ask completely different questions. Hear things you weren't able to hear the first time. What matters is that you practice. You listen. You return. And you allow the work to keep revealing itself as you change.
