I had the house before I had the retreat.
I had already reserved this space on the Pacific for some time….
I knew I wanted to bring a small group there, but I didn’t want to force a concept simply because the dates existed.
Then, on a plane to Hawaii, Lemurian Frequen—Sea came through.
Not only the name.
The pieces suddenly made sense together:
Crystal. Sound. Voice. Water. Play. Remembrance. Harmony.
Hawaii ended up feeling like a retreat for me, even though it wasn’t one. I had space to listen differently, to be in the ocean, to receive, and to notice what was asking to become clearer.
And when I returned, I knew what I wanted this gathering to be.
This is also the first retreat I am creating and holding as my own container.
I may invite a guest facilitator into one part of our time together, but the arc, teachings and field of this experience are mine to hold.
And I want it intimate.
Ten people. Five days. One house on the Pacific.
For me, Lemuria begins with harmony.
My connection to Lemuria has never come primarily through studying it intellectually.
It has come through crystal, sound, visions, symbols, songs, the ocean and experiences felt deeply through the heart.
I understand Lemuria as a civilization rooted in harmony, elemental wisdom and a profound relationship with crystalline and vibrational technology.
And in my own spiritual understanding:
Crystals hold the codes of Lemuria.
It would be impossible for me to receive or transmit all the codes of an entire epoch in one lifetime, let alone during a five-day retreat.
But there is a frequency I have spent years remembering.
A frequency of love, harmony and unity.
This retreat is an activation of that remembrance through crystal, sound, voice, water and one another.
Not to escape into another time.
To bring more harmony here.
To awaken it within ourselves.
To learn how to work with it.
And to carry it into our lives, our relationships, our gifts, our communities and the Earth.

THE FREQUENCY.

I’m not interested in teaching a spirituality where being “high vibration” means never getting angry, hurt, afraid or human.
The practice is learning to notice when we have moved out of harmony — and developing the awareness and will to choose our way back.
Because frequency isn’t something we achieve once.
It is something we practice.

Through crystalline sound, we listen beyond the mind — opening to what may arise through sensation, memory, vision and the heart.

This is not about memorizing a formula or learning the “right” sequence.

And I know what it feels like to be terrified of that instrument.
There was a time when I couldn’t imagine speaking my truth, much less singing freely.
My relationship with crystal sound changed that.
Through humming, movement, sounding, song and experimentation, we’ll explore the voice as a tool for expression, embodiment and shifting our inner state.
There is no expectation that you sound beautiful.
There is no performance.
You don’t need to be a singer.
You need to be willing to meet your voice.

March is a sacred time along Mexico's Pacific coast, when humpback whales return to the warm waters of Banderas Bay for their mating and birthing season.
Within Lemurian consciousness, whales and dolphins are understood as ancient guardians of Earth's wisdom, carrying the memory of the oceans, the original songs of creation, and the frequencies that connect the ley lines and crystalline grids of our planet.
We will journey out onto the Pacific by boat to meet these magnificent beings in their natural habitat.
We will sing to the whales, and the whales will sing to us.
Through our voices, we will offer our sound to the ocean, opening ourselves to receive their songs, their presence, and the ancient wisdom they carry.
This is a sacred exchange of frequency, a remembrance of a time when humanity lived in deeper communion with the Earth and all her beings.
We may also encounter dolphins, whose playful, joyful frequencies carry their own connection to Lemurian consciousness.
An invitation to listen beyond the ears, to feel beyond the physical, and to remember that we, too, are part of the great song of the Earth.

Hi, I’m Leah.
For over a decade, sound has been one of my greatest teachers.
But my path into this work was never about becoming someone who knew how to make crystal bowls sound beautiful.
It was about finding my own voice.
Crystal opened that door for me.
Sound taught me to listen.
Voice taught me to stop hiding.
And over time, these practices became the language through which I understand harmony, expression and the way we meet ourselves.
Today my work weaves crystal sound, voice, Lemurian Reiki, embodiment and deep listening.
And this retreat feels different from anything I’ve held before.
There may be a guest facilitator joining us for a particular offering, but I will be with you throughout these five days — teaching, listening, playing, singing, experimenting and sitting in the work alongside you.
This isn't a retreat where I teach for an hour and disappear.

What is Lemurian Frequen—Sea?
Lemurian Frequen—Sea is a five-day, four-night crystal sound and voice retreat in Nayarit, Mexico, held November 12–16, 2026. The retreat combines crystal singing bowls, voice exploration, Lemurian Reiki, movement, Pacific Ocean practices, a whale experience, ceremony, play and one month of post-retreat integration.
Do I need experience with crystal singing bowls?
No. You may arrive with years of experience or having barely touched a bowl. We’ll spend guided, hands-on time playing and exploring technique, resonance and deep listening.
Do I need to know how to sing?
No. This is not vocal performance training. Voice practices may include humming, sounding, movement, vowels and song. You do not need to consider yourself a singer.
Is this a sound healing certification?
No. Lemurian Frequen—Sea is an immersive initiation and retreat, not a facilitator certification.
If you are looking for professional training, my 12-week Crystal Sound Facilitator Training is a separate offering.
What does Lemurian mean here?
Lemuria is part of the spiritual framework through which I understand this work. I associate Lemurian frequency with harmony, love, unity, crystalline consciousness and elemental wisdom.
You do not need to share a particular belief about Lemuria to participate. Curiosity is enough.
Is this retreat only for sound healers?
No. Some guests may already work with sound, Reiki or other energetic modalities. Others may simply feel drawn toward crystal, voice, intuition, water or this particular experience.
Where is the retreat in Mexico?
The retreat takes place in Nayarit on Mexico’s Pacific coast, near San Pancho and Sayulita. Full location details are provided to confirmed guests.
Which airport should I fly into?
Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included in the retreat price, but shared transfers between Puerto Vallarta and the retreat can be organized.
What food is included?
All retreat meals are included. Meals will be primarily pescatarian and built around fresh fish, eggs, vegetables, tropical fruit, rice, seaweed and juices.
What is the dolphin experience?
We’ll spend time on the Pacific for a guided dolphin experience. Because dolphins are wild animals and ocean conditions change, specific sightings or interactions cannot be guaranteed.
What happens after the retreat?
Your retreat includes one month of integration with four weekly live calls to support you in bringing what opened in Mexico into everyday life.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available. Choose your preferred room when requesting your space and I’ll send you the available payment options.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Your $500 deposit is nonrefundable, as it secures your place in this intimate retreat with limited availability.
If you need to cancel your participation, please reach out as soon as possible. Any refund of payments beyond the deposit will be subject to the cancellation terms agreed upon at booking.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
If the retreat is rescheduled, you may choose to transfer your payments to the new dates or receive a full refund.
