For five days on the Pacific coast of Mexico, we’ll work with crystal sound, voice, water, movement, energy, play and one another to activate what has been waiting within you, while developing practices you can actually bring home.
Welcome to Lemurian Frequen—Sea.
I had the house before I had the retreat.
I had already reserved this space on the Pacific for November.
I knew I wanted to bring a small group there, but I didn’t want to force a concept simply because the dates existed.
Then, on a plane to Hawaii, Lemurian Frequen—Sea came through.
Not only the name.
The pieces suddenly made sense together:
Crystal. Sound. Voice. Water. Play. Remembrance. Harmony.
Hawaii ended up feeling like a retreat for me, even though it wasn’t one. I had space to listen differently, to be in the ocean, to receive, and to notice what was asking to become clearer.
And when I returned, I knew what I wanted this gathering to be.
This is also the first retreat I am creating and holding as my own container.
I may invite a guest facilitator into one part of our time together, but the arc, teachings and field of this experience are mine to hold.
And I want it intimate.
Ten people. Five days. One house on the Pacific.
For me, Lemuria begins with harmony.
My connection to Lemuria has never come primarily through studying it intellectually.
It has come through crystal, sound, visions, symbols, songs, the ocean and experiences felt deeply through the heart.
I understand Lemuria as a civilization rooted in harmony, elemental wisdom and a profound relationship with crystalline and vibrational technology.
And in my own spiritual understanding:
Crystals hold the codes of Lemuria.
It would be impossible for me to receive or transmit all the codes of an entire epoch in one lifetime, let alone during a five-day retreat.
But there is a frequency I have spent years remembering.
A frequency of love, harmony and unity.
This retreat is an activation of that remembrance through crystal, sound, voice, water and one another.
Not to escape into another time.
To bring more harmony here.
To awaken it within ourselves.
To learn how to work with it.
And to carry it into our lives, our relationships, our gifts, our communities and the Earth.
LOVE IS
THE FREQUENCY.
WILL IS THE POWER TO RETURN TO IT.
We will forget.
We will contract.
We will get triggered.
I’m not interested in teaching a spirituality where being “high vibration” means never getting angry, hurt, afraid or human.
The practice is learning to notice when we have moved out of harmony — and developing the awareness and will to choose our way back.
Because frequency isn’t something we achieve once.
It is something we practice.

CRYSTAL
Remember.
Crystals hold the codes of Lemuria.
Through crystalline sound, we listen beyond the mind — opening to what may arise through sensation, memory, vision and the heart.
But you won’t only receive sound.
You will make it.
There will be hands-on time with the crystal bowls as we explore playing technique, resonance, deep listening, creating harmony and your own intuitive relationship with sound.
This is not about memorizing a formula or learning the “right” sequence.
It is about learning to listen and respond.
VOICE
Activate.
Your voice is the instrument within you.
And I know what it feels like to be terrified of that instrument.
There was a time when I couldn’t imagine speaking my truth, much less singing freely.
My relationship with crystal sound changed that.
Through humming, movement, sounding, song and experimentation, we’ll explore the voice as a tool for expression, embodiment and shifting our inner state.
There is no expectation that you sound beautiful.
There is no performance.
You don’t need to be a singer.
You need to be willing to meet your voice.
Joy can initiate us too.
Not every transformation needs to come through suffering.
Water invites us to soften without losing our center — to receive, move, feel and allow ourselves to be held.
The Pacific has been one of my greatest places of receiving: songs, symbols, visions and memories that have shaped my relationship with this work.
And then, we meet the dolphins.
We’ll spend time on the Pacific for a guided dolphin experience centered around connection, curiosity, freedom and play.
Because sometimes what has been dormant within us doesn’t need to be pushed open.
It needs enough freedom to come alive.
