This is a 9-day guided initiation designed to:

  • open sensitivity

  • awaken listening • establish reverence

  • deepen relationship with your bowl

Each day includes:

  • a short teaching (to orient, not instruct)

  • a guided meditation

  • a live activation with your bowl

  • reflective journaling prompts

Total daily time: 30–60 minutes.
