We are big crystal bowls.
I truly believe we are all meant to sing, or at least, we all have the potential to sing. Our human bodies are instruments, built to give sound to our exhale. Not only in speaking, but also in expressing sounds that go beyond the power of words.
Coming into harmony is our birthright, and it can be done through the power of sound and your voice.
When I first started playing crystal bowls, I never thought that I would sing. When I was in Mexico in 2020, I was just starting out of my sound healing journey and I only had a few bowls. I remember my teacher told me, you can use your voice if you only have a few bowls, and I thought, oh no I am too shy to do that.
Slowly, slowly, my voice started coming out. Let me tell you that at the beginning I did not like it. It felt uncomfortable. It did not come from my mind, it came from deep within me, something pushing up, wanting to be let out.
I have taken voice healing training and courses, but my biggest teacher on how to sing and use my voice are the crystal bowls.
They are living beings, full of information. They can tell us so much if we know how to listen. They remember a time on Earth when beings sang freely and openly, when we used our voices as medicine for ourselves, our community and the nature around us.
If you play crystal bowls, sooner or later, your voice will come out, or at least it will want to.
I have been guided to create a small online container where I will share how we can connect with this realm on a deeper level, how you can learn and listen from your bowl, and some techniques and meditations on how to use your voice with them to access deeper levels of connection, harmony, information and healing.
THE ACTIVATION

This is a four week onliNe container - this is not a course, it is an activation. All the codes are already inside of you, I am just here to help you to remember. No voice experience is necessary but you will need a crystal bowl.
Each class is approximately 2.5 hours. We usually have a small break. Sometimes classes are shorter and sometimes longer. I am not EXACT!
When working with sound it's more important to listen to the energy than listen to the clock.
