 Find a private space where you can move, make sound, and feel free.
Use headphones or good speakers for the best sound experience.
Set the space – bring a candle, a journal, or anything sacred to you.
Dress in something cozy or sensual—this is Taurus, after all.
Hydrate – sound moves energy, and your body will feel it!
